The following terms and conditions are intended to explain the most common questions about registering for and attending our webinars. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.
1.Live Webinars are conducted using computers and internet access and telephone conference call. Pre-recorded Webinars are conducted using computers and internet access. Computer speakers/sound is required to hear the audio portion of recorded webinars.
2.Class size for live webinars is limited, so please register early.
3.You may pay by Visa or Master Card through PayPal or Google checkout when registering online. You may pay by check through your own PayPal account if you have set that up. Please contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange payment by check through US Mail.
4.The price of each webinar is for access by one telephone number and one computer. Sharing of access numbers, event website links, and/or audio links is strictly prohibited.
5.No three-way calling, audio or screen recording, or downloading of the webinars is allowed. However, you may present live or recorded webinars to as many personnel at your firm as you’d like through the use of projector and speaker phone. When purchasing recorded webinars you are purchasing a window of time (day, week, month, year, etc.) and you may present the webinar as many times to as many people as desired during that timeframe provided the people viewing the webinar are employed by the purchasing organization.
6.When attending live webinars, to minimize background noise, please use the mute button on your telephone at all times except when you are participating verbally.
7.If you leave the call early, simply hang up.Please do not announce that you are leaving.
8.You many not download or record copies of any webinar.
In order to participate on the forum you will need to abide by the Forum Rules as outlined here. These may change from time to time and you should visit this space regularly to check for updates. TownsendTek reserves the right to delete posts and suspend the membership of any person at any time for any reason and without explanation.
1.Do not use inappropriate, defamatory or abusive language in posts. Any posts that are deemed inappropriate by TownsendTek will be deleted from the forum or edited to remove inappropriate content.

Try to keep on-topic and do not post off-topic, or irrelevant contributions not in keeping with the current topics on software use.

5.Be Safe and do not give out personal information on the forum. Because internet predators can be a problem on forums it’s important that you never ask for or give out any personal information for your own personal safety. This includes: – your last name, address, email address, phone number, or pieces of information that could easily identify you or anyone else in your post.
6.Don’t spam the forum – Please do not spam the forum with copy/paste posts from other websites. This forum is an opportunity for you to exchange ideas and information about using software effectively.

Because Webinar reservations are determined by number of participants and we have reserved a spot for you, we require a minimum of 24 hours advanced email notice to issue a refund or credit toward another class. If you cancel or do not attend without proper notice, no refunds or credit will be allowed.
We offer the first webinar free to any given organization so you can determine for yourself, risk free, if our webinars meet your needs. Because they are not a tangible items that can be returned, there is no refund on recorded webinars.
There are evaluation versions of our software available via download to anyone interested. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing. Software purchased for download on-line through our website is considered opened at the time of purchase and there are not refunds for opened software.
